This Achiever Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ANowEdu LLC and the individual enrolling ("Achiever," "you," "your").
1. What You're Joining
By enrolling, you receive access to Atomva Academy paid offerings, which may include courses, paid community spaces, resources, frameworks, templates, live and archived sessions, downloads, and other educational content (collectively, the "Program").
2. Acceptance Required Before Payment
Important Notice
You must affirmatively accept this Agreement before completing enrollment and payment.
You must affirmatively accept this Agreement (e.g., checking a box "I agree") before you can complete enrollment and payment.
If you do not agree, do not enroll.
3. Eligibility + Account Integrity
You represent that:
Age Requirement
You are at least 18 years old, or you have a parent/guardian enrolling on your behalf where applicable.
Accurate Information
Your information is accurate and you will keep login credentials secure.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Prices, access level, and inclusions are as stated at checkout.
You authorize ANowEdu LLC (and its payment processors) to charge your payment method.
5. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds.
Because you receive immediate access to digital learning and community resources, purchases are non-refundable.
6. Educational Purpose + No Professional Advice
The Program is educational and personal development oriented. It is not medical, mental health, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, results, and wellbeing.
7. Intellectual Property + Limited License
All Program materials are owned by ANowEdu LLC and/or its licensors, including frameworks, templates, text, videos, PDFs, workbooks, community content authored by ANowEdu, and recordings.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial use during your active access period.
You may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share Program materials
  • Record or re-broadcast live sessions without written permission
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Use Program materials to create derivative courseware, publish the frameworks as your own, or train AI models on the materials
8. Confidentiality + Non-Disclosure (NDA)
8.1 Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" includes, without limitation:
  • Program content not publicly released by ANowEdu LLC
  • Private community discussions and member information
  • ANowEdu LLC operations, processes, systems, and internal documentation
  • Any non-public materials labeled confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential
8.2 Your Obligations
You agree to:
  • Keep Confidential Information confidential
  • Use it only for your learning within the Program
  • Not disclose it to any third party without written permission
  • Take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access
8.3 Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include information that:
  • Becomes public through no fault of yours
  • You lawfully obtained from a third party without breach of obligation
  • You independently developed without using Confidential Information
8.4 Injunctive Relief
You agree a breach may cause irreparable harm and ANowEdu LLC may seek injunctive relief in addition to other remedies.
9. Limited Non-Compete + Non-Solicitation (Protective Covenant) — 12 Months
These restrictions are intended to protect ANowEdu LLC's confidential materials and community.
9.1 Limited Non-Compete
During your access period and for twelve (12) months after your access ends, you will not use ANowEdu LLC Confidential Information or Program materials to create, market, or sell a substantially similar course, community, coaching program, or training product that competes with the Program.
This does not prohibit you from working in your profession generally, provided you are not using ANowEdu LLC protected materials/confidential information to compete.
9.2 Non-Solicitation
During your access period and for twelve (12) months after, you agree not to:
  • Solicit Program members for your paid offers, coaching, groups, or services using access gained through the Program
  • Recruit ANowEdu LLC team members, contractors, or coaches you meet through the Program
9.3 No Circumvention
You will not use access to the Program or community to bypass ANowEdu LLC's role in connecting you to members, leads, or opportunities for commercial gain.
10. Atomva Community Circle Engagement Terms (Community Rules)
Atomva is a living-university and venture revolution. Participation requires humanity, dignity, and integrity.
Serve, Don't Sell
No direct/indirect promotion, solicitation, or pitching.
No External Links
Do not post links (including blogs, business pages, affiliate offers). You may mention a tool you love—without links.
Post Directly
No reposting from other social media pages. Share directly.
Stay On Topic
Keep posts aligned to the Atomva Academy journey: wins, proof, feedback, learning, value.
No DMs Without Permission
You must have explicit permission to DM. No "PM/DM me" posts. Report violations.
Keep It Clean
No nudity, sexually explicit content, or content depicting/proposing bodily harm.
Politics-Free Zone
No political posts or arguments.
Be Kind + No Hate Speech/Bullying
No degrading speech about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity.
You're Not Alone
Share wins. Ask for help. We're in this together.
Enforcement (Non-Negotiable)
ANowEdu LLC may, at its discretion, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or remove members for violations. Serious violations may result in termination without refund.
11. Recording + Live Sessions (If Applicable)
Live sessions may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to the provision of replays to members.
You may not record or redistribute without written permission.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available."

Results are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on effort, context, and application.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANowEdu LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
ANowEdu LLC's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program ($279), unless required by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANowEdu LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Program, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
15. Mandatory Arbitration + Class Action Waiver (Texas)

15.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program will be resolved by binding arbitration.

15.2 Location + Rules
Arbitration will take place in Dallas County, Texas, administered by a recognized provider (e.g., AAA) under its applicable rules, unless the parties agree otherwise.

15.3 No Class Actions
You agree to bring claims only individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

15.4 Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and remains there.

15.5 Injunctive Relief for IP/Confidentiality
Notwithstanding arbitration, ANowEdu LLC may seek injunctive relief in court for breaches of confidentiality, IP misuse, or restrictive covenants.
16. Governing Law + Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Where court proceedings are permitted, venue will be in Dallas County, Texas.
17. Termination
ANowEdu LLC may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement or community rules.
Upon termination, your license ends immediately. No refunds.
18. Changes to This Agreement
ANowEdu LLC may update this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
